Leadership and Impact in 2024

One of our key focuses in 2024 is Leadership and Impact, emphasizing the importance of instigating change and taking meaningful action.

Regrettably, many female leaders often underestimate their own agency – the power they currently wield, along with their sphere of influence.

With greater awareness of this power, women can imbue their decision-making with purpose, whether in team leadership or managerial roles. This may entail harnessing the innovative spirit in their work or being mindful of their purchasing decisions and investment strategies. At Quorum, we aim to empower women to recognize the influence they already possess through their communication, idea generation, and actions. By strategically addressing these aspects and considering potential outcomes beforehand, women can significantly shape the thought processes and decisions of those around them.

It’s essential to recognize that women possess an inherent strength in leading with their values. When they align their actions with their core principles, they naturally attract interest and resonance from others.

How do you navigate strategic decision-making in your professional role while staying true to your values?
