The Two AM Circle: Building Real Relationships in a Modern World

Dec 3, 2026 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm ET

Michelle Merritt
Senior Talent, People, & HR Executive; Author, Emergent Power

Who’s in your 2 a.m. Circle? Michelle Merritt on building real relationships in a disconnected world.

In a world of surface level networking and constant digital connection, most people still don’t have anyone they could call at 2 a.m. Drawing on her chapter “The Posse” from the bestselling book Emergent Power and her new podcast The 2 a.m. Circle, Michelle Merritt shares how to move past transactional relationships and build a real support system, the kind of people who show up, no matter the hour. Attendees will leave with practical ways to identify who belongs in their circle, deepen those relationships intentionally, and become that person for someone else.

Accessing Your Creative Authority

Nov 19, 2026 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm ET

Joh Morris Benichou
Founder & CEO of Tirtha

Kim Beisner
Partner and Managing Director, VVA Project & Cost Managers
Founding Member of Tirtha

What does it really take for a woman to access her own Creative Authority?

It takes trust. Courage. And a willingness to listen deeply to what you know, sense, and are called to create.

Join us for an intimate conversation with Joh Morris Benichou, creator of Sensory Leadership™, a new approach to leadership that gives women access to their own creative authority.

Joh’s journey to this work is deeply personal. After decades as a global transformational leader, she reached a point of profound burnout and no longer wanted to lead. What followed was a complete transformation: a journey of rediscovering herself, leaving behind ways of living and leading that no longer served her, and learning to trust herself enough to create an entirely new expression of her life, leadership, and work.

Kim Beisner, Quorum member, one of Joh’s executive clients, and a founding member of Tirtha, will guide Joh through a candid conversation about that journey and what Joh has discovered about women, leadership, creativity, and personal authority along the way.

You’ll explore how to:

  • Trust Yourself
Reconnect with your own creative authority and lead from what you know, sense, and want to create.
  • Connect with Others
Create the conditions for leadership to emerge through co-creation.
  • Create with Life
Move away from forcing outcomes and learn to create with what is present.

This conversation is an invitation to consider a different way of leading: one grounded not only in what you do, but in who you are, what you trust, and what you have the courage to create.

What Has Your Life Been Trying to Tell You?

Nov 10, 2026 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm ET

Jamie Pennington
Director and Founder, Pennington Hennessy Founder, Lifework

Rebecca Cater
Head, Centre for Legal Leadership
UK Co-Chair, The Quorum Initiative

Many successful people can point to the next role, target or achievement, but find it harder to answer a more personal question: when have I felt most fulfilled, satisfied and alive?

In this interactive virtual session, discover the distinctive Lifework approach to understanding what comes next. Unlike a quick personality test or a narrow career exercise, Lifework begins with the evidence of a whole life, including early experiences we may have long forgotten. It looks for recurring conditions in which we have felt energised, useful, absorbed, fulfilled or simply most ourselves.

You will be invited to reflect privately on one early-life memory, a moment of enjoyment, satisfaction or fulfilment. We will explore what a single memory can begin to reveal, why Lifework works with 20 or more moments rather than one snapshot, and how those patterns are brought together through life-history reflection, carefully chosen psychometric lenses, a personalised report and a human coaching conversation.

This is not about being told which job to take. It is an opportunity to notice the clues your life has already left and consider what may need more attention in the chapter ahead.

You will leave with:

  • a fresh lens on one meaningful early-life experience;
  • a clear, brief understanding of the Lifework process; and
  • one thoughtful question about the conditions in which you are most likely to thrive

Turning Ideas into Action: Advancing Our Collective Projects

Oct 1, 2026

When we gathered in June, we talked about what makes the Quorum Delaware Valley community special: the extraordinary experience, expertise, connections, and passion each of us brings to the table. We also explored how we might put those collective strengths to work in support of women and girls in our local community.

Now it’s time to turn those ideas into action.

Guided by the values we identified together — women’s empowerment, candid accountability, passionate optimism, and respect — we’ll explore practical ways to contribute our time, talents, and networks where they can make a meaningful difference.

We’ll discuss various opportunities with local organizations we’ve begun building relationships with, including:

Together, we’ll learn more about their priorities and discuss opportunities for mentoring, skills-based volunteering, and other ways Quorum members can help advance their work.

We have experience. We have access. Let’s put both to work.

Join us as we take the next step toward turning our shared values and collective strengths into meaningful local impact.
